ChatOS is provided by ABL services LLC, a business consulting, business process automation, and AI implementation services company. Contact: info_z@myoffices.cc.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ChatOS, which is provided by ABL services LLC. The service is a communication command center for medspa, beauty, wellness, and similar service businesses. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business or workspace you represent.

The service helps authorized workspace users manage inbound conversations, staff-approved draft replies, booking links, payment links, form routing, contact matching, channel connection status, and operational status tracking across supported communication channels.

Accounts and workspace responsibility

Workspace owners are responsible for configuring connected channels, maintaining access for authorized staff, complying with applicable laws and provider terms, and ensuring that client communications are handled in a HIPAA-aware and PHI-minimizing manner.

If an agency, contractor, consultant, or other service provider configures or operates a workspace for a business, that party must have authority to act for the business and must identify the correct business owner or administrator where the product requires it. Accounts and connected channels may not be transferred, sublicensed, or operated for another party without proper authorization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, OAuth connections, access permissions, devices, and staff accounts used with the service.

Customer content and communications

You are responsible for the messages, client information, files, forms, links, account settings, staff actions, and other content submitted to or routed through the service by your workspace, staff, connected channels, website widgets, and clients.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, notices, consents, and legal basis needed to collect, process, transmit, and use customer content through the service and through any connected third-party provider.

We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content or workflows that appear unlawful, abusive, unsafe, infringing, harmful to the service, or inconsistent with these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, bypass security controls, scrape or overload the service, upload malicious code, misrepresent identity or authority, violate provider policies, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, or abusive communications.

You must comply with messaging, privacy, consent, consumer protection, anti-spam, payment, healthcare, advertising, and platform-specific rules that apply to your use of connected channels.

Healthcare and AI limits

The service is not an electronic medical record, emergency service, medical diagnosis tool, treatment tool, or provider of medical advice. Public messaging channels should not be used for sensitive medical details unless the customer has determined that the workflow, notices, consent, and security controls are appropriate.

AI-assisted features, where enabled, are intended to support staff-reviewed drafts, summaries, routing, and operational assistance. Users must review AI output before using it with clients. AI output must not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Third-party services

Third-party services such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twilio, Telegram, Stripe, hosting providers, analytics tools, website widgets, payment providers, booking systems, CRM systems, and other integrations may have their own terms, policies, permissions, pricing, review requirements, rate limits, and outages. ChatOS does not control those third-party services.

TikTok integration, where enabled, is used for Login Kit account/profile identity connection unless a separate TikTok product approval supports additional functionality. It is not presented as a live medical messaging channel or a substitute for staff-reviewed communication.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, integrations, or access where needed for security, provider requirements, maintenance, legal compliance, product changes, or misuse. We may suspend or terminate access if a workspace or user violates these terms or creates risk for the service, other users, clients, or third-party providers.

The service may include pilot, beta, or preview functionality. Those features may be incomplete, change without notice, or require additional approvals, credentials, or third-party setup before production use.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service or any third-party integration will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every regulated workflow.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Privacy and changes to these terms

For privacy practices and data handling details, see the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this same URL and will apply as described in the updated terms or as otherwise required by law.
