
User Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your interaction with ChatOS, including information received through Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, SMS, website chat, or related communication workflows.
To submit a deletion request, email the business or platform administrator that invited you to communicate through this service. Use the subject line User Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Your full name.
- The phone number, email address, Instagram handle, or Facebook profile used in the conversation.
- The business/location you contacted.
- A short description of the data you want deleted.
We may request additional information to verify your identity before deleting data. Verified deletion requests will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law, unless retention is required for legal, security, payment, audit, or operational reasons.
This deletion process applies to communication data stored by ChatOS. It does not automatically delete data stored separately by Meta, Twilio, Stripe, a CRM, a booking system, an EMR, or another third-party provider.
